Room Reservation Policy: 

Hill College House rooms are available in accordance with the House’s common rooms use policy.  It is the intent of Hill College House always to provide maximum service to the residents of the House.  This includes making space available to residents for studying, meeting, recreation, and performing.  The common rooms exist for the benefit of the Hill residents; however, we also recognize that Hill is a member of both the University and West Philadelphia communities.  We feel it is our responsibility to contribute to these communities.  We therefore ask that groups using our common spaces who are not resident based in Hill contribute to our community in some way during the year.

Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and requests must be approved by the Office Staff.  Room Reservation requests must be submitted at least one business day prior to the scheduled event. Additionally, Room Reservation Requests submitted after 1pm on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday.

Hill College House reserves the right to cancel or deny a reservation request at any time.  Please note that Hill residents and staff are given priority.

Use of the Upper East Lounge requires the person or organization reserving the space to take full responsibility for the music and television equipment in there.  If any damage is made to the equipment, the person or organization reserving the space is liable for any repairs or replacements.
