Scott creates the exceptional guest and staff experience with all of our team members for both Hill House and New College House.

Chef Steve Green, Executive Chef, Hill House, and New College House

Chef Steve designs and executes the culinary vision for Hill House and New College House, engineering exciting and sustainable menus.

Chef Vincent “ Vinnie” McManus, Hill House Production Chef and Mid-Atlantic Region Forager

Chef Vinnie manages all ordering, receiving, and production for Hill House. In addition, Chef Vinnie sources and partners with local farms and vendors for all of the Bon Appetit Management Company Universities of the entire Mid-Atlantic Region.

Mouhamed provides supports to our Executive Chef, guiding the culinary team in executing the best meals possible.

 

Food Allergies

Be aware that dining handles and prepares milk, wheat, shellfish, fish, soy, peanut, tree nut, and other potential allergens in the cafes and kitchens. 

 

Avoiding Gluten?

Hill Dining offers menu items that have been prepared without gluten-containing ingredients. To identify these options, look for labeled items or ask to speak with the chef or manager.  

 

Know What You Are Eating!

Farm to Fork- Contains seasonal, minimally processed ingredients from a local farm, ranch, or fishing boat

Locally Crafted- Contains products crafted by a small, locally-owned food business using socially and/or environmentally responsible practices

Organic- Contains at least 95% organically produced ingredients (by weight) from a USDA certified source

In Balance- Contains a balanced portion of whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, and lean protein with a minimum amount of healthy fat

Vegetarian- Contains no meat, fish, poultry, shellfish or products derived from these sources but may contain dairy or eggs

Seafood Watch- Contains seafood that meets the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch guidelines for commercial buyers

Humane- Contains humanely raised meat, poultry, or eggs. Must be certified by a credible third- party animal welfare organization

Vegan- Contains absolutely no animal or dairy products

Made without Gluten Containing Ingredients- Made without gluten-containing ingredients. Please speak with an on-site manager to learn how these items are prepared in our open kitchens that also handle gluten for other menu items
